About the role
In this role, you will work with business functions, IT teams and developers. You will identify automation opportunities, design future processes and support the successful implementation of automation solutions.
We are looking for someone who can understand business problems, analyse processes in a structured way and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assessing and documenting business processes
- Preparing and facilitating process discovery workshops
- Identifying manual, repetitive and error-prone activities
- Evaluating and prioritising processes suitable for automation
- Designing current-state and future-state processes
- Preparing business requirements, user stories and functional specifications
- Supporting the design of RPA, workflow, low-code and AI-based solutions
- Developing automation business cases, cost-benefit analyses and return-on-investment estimates
- Working with developers, vendors, business analysts and project managers
- Coordinating testing and user acceptance activities
- Supporting implementation, training and change management
- Measuring the results and business benefits of automation
- Defining process governance, controls and documentation requirements
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation or digital transformation
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Knowledge of process modelling methods such as BPMN
- The ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
- Experience in facilitating customer or stakeholder workshops
- The ability to communicate confidently with business and technical professionals
- A structured, independent and results-oriented working style
- Strong English and Hungarian language skills
- An interest in new technologies, AI and business automation
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, ServiceNow or another automation platform
- Experience with process mining tools
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or a similar qualification
- Experience with generative AI or intelligent automation projects
- Experience in a large enterprise or regulated environment
- Knowledge of agile delivery methods
- Change management or user adoption experience
- A university degree in business, information technology or a related field
