APMS Solutions protects the confidentiality of personal data and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, for specified purposes, only to the extent necessary and only for as long as required.

3. Categories of data processed

The website does not itself transmit information to APMS Solutions, does not use analytics or marketing cookies, and does not store information entered into the contact form.

The contact form opens the visitor's own email application. If the visitor sends the message, APMS Solutions may process information voluntarily included in it, particularly:

• name and job title;
• company name;
• email address and other contact details;
• information included in an enquiry, request for proposal or professional CV.

The English and Hungarian versions are provided at separate web addresses. The website does not store the visitor's language choice.

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Information provided may be used to respond to an enquiry, establish or maintain a business relationship, prepare an offer, take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be the data subject's consent, steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interests of APMS Solutions or a third party.

If a requested service requires processing special categories of personal data, the data subject will be informed in advance and the processing will take place only where an appropriate legal basis applies.

5. Data security and retention

APMS Solutions applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

Personal data is retained only for as long as required by the purpose of processing, the contractual relationship, a legitimate interest or an applicable legal retention obligation.

APMS Solutions will inform the affected data subject without undue delay where a personal data breach creates a risk that must be communicated under the GDPR.

6. Processors and third parties

APMS Solutions shares personal data with service providers, professional advisers, authorities or other third parties only where this is necessary to provide a service, perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation or pursue a legitimate interest.

Where applicable, APMS Solutions requires its service providers and processors to use appropriate data security measures and limits processing to the necessary purpose.

7. Rights of the data subject

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, the data subject may:

• request information about and access to their personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of personal data;
• request restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• request data portability or transfer to another controller where Article 20 of the GDPR applies;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek a judicial remedy.
