About the role
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, architects and technical teams. You will help translate business needs into clear processes, requirements and practical IT solutions.
The position is suitable for someone who can understand complex business environments, structure information and support projects from initial analysis through implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Understand business objectives, challenges and operational needs.
- Analyse existing business processes, systems and information flows.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders.
- Gather, structure and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Create process maps, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support solution design together with architects and technical specialists.
- Coordinate requirement clarification throughout the delivery process.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
- Assist with implementation, business readiness and change activities.
- Prepare decision materials, presentations and project documentation.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, delivered solutions and expected outcomes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with system implementation, digital transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methods and requirements management.
- Experience with process modelling, user stories and functional specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Ability to manage several stakeholders and priorities.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
